    Hi, I got this video of a mate and it seems to be terribly out of sink, It's in VBR mp3 and video in xvid now i interleave it at the start but then 30 seconds later that scenes outta sink while the 1st is correct Is this just a bad vbr encode Or could be the framerate of the audio is different to the video ? , if i can't fix it simply ill just chop it in to parts and try to correct

    What I would probably try is to drop it into VirtualDub (I prefer VD Mod for this) and save out the audio as a WAV with full processing. Leave VD running. Put that WAV into Audacity and stretch the audio time to fit the video time. (Change Tempo) You may have to adjust the pitch if it gets too low. Then add that repaired audio back with the video in VD as MP3 CBR, deleting the original there, and save the whole thing as a Direct stream copy.
