i have m2ts (AVCHD) files from a panasonic video camcorder... sad to ay that my Samsung LED HDTV Series 7 doesnt play these files via HDD/UB PLug and Play so i need to convert ii either to H.264 or AVI.. so.. which is which?

i have from AISEESOFT, XILISOFT & AUNSOFT..

and also.. i dont know which is better... HD - H.264 or HD - AVI after converting my ms2s files...
