  1. I try to capture a clip from a camcorder tape to my pc with stoik and the results via my firewire is god.
But when i try to convert it, it ends up with that the audio is half the speed than the video is,
The source is 720x576, 25.000 fps and the audio 16bit, 48khz 2 channel.
I tried with tmpgenc but for some reason it puts out the audio halv the speed aganst what the video is, i don't know why!
    Please help!

What version of TMPGEnc are you using? I assume PCM audio from a camcorder? I haven't used TMPGEnc for a while, but when I did, I did all my editing in DV format, then converted just the video with TMPGEnc and used ffmpegGUI or Aften separately to convert the audio to AC3 to save a bit of space. Then used TMPGEnc Author to mux the audio back with the video when converting to DVD. Make sure you allow for the audio size when encoding the video if you plan to use a DVD.

But others here may have a different method.

    And welcome to our forums.
