hi,
I've been using convertxtodvd for a while now but want something better. It's been giving me problems lately, really buggy for me and would like to see better quality. I tried using lanczos filter in cx2dvd and i liked the quality but the dark blacks were too pixelated for me. The default linear filter makes my videos kinda blurry.
I'm looking for something that I can convert my videos(usually avi's) with great quality into dvd-video files ready to burn with nero onto a dvd.
Don't really care about fancy menus. I always set cx2dvd to auto start playback when dvd is inserted.
so basically looking for a program that does the same as cx2dvd but produces better quality.
don't mind if it's not freeware

1) Tmpgenc Xpress 4.0
2.) Tmpgenc Authoring Works 4
3) ImgBurn (always)
4.) VirtualDubMOD
5.) DGpulldown
