 I can convert Svcd files into Mpg2 compatible files but when I author them and burn them to a Dvd-r the sync and the picture seems to go all gobbledygook after deifferent ammounts of time..
I can then restart the film and it will work where it didnt work before...
I cant understand what is causing the problem...
It does these problems on my stand alone dvd player and also on my pc with my hollywood plus card...
Any help is greatly appeciated as this problem is starting to get on my nerves
Cheers
Sean

This will always be a nightmare when you mess with a multiplexed mpeg stream. try to burn the 480x480 files unconverted to a DVD (if you can find a program that will allow you to). If your DVD player will play SVCDs, it should also play a DVD with a SVCD file on it.
