I've recently changed my OS to windows 7 64 bit and to my dismay, DVD43 does not support that. I was reading that AnyDVD works the same way so I installed and tried it but after loading the programme, I am still prompted in windows media player to change my region to view the disc. Therefore I went to AnyDVD to check on the status and it says the following.

How can I resolve the problem?
