Hi All

Ive captured a vhs film mpeg 2 with low resolution (thats the best i could with the crappy ati radeon 64ddr) now what i want to do is put subtitles on but i cant find a software that does it!

I want to make subs like the pro's like u guys.

White lettering with black background so its easy to read.

Can someone advise me on what softwrae i need to do this?
