hi, i'm looking for a software that can scan a video file & detect every single shots so they can be separated/cutted automatically (this is to fit perfectly two audio audio file of the same film, but one is in pal format and the other in Ntsc and since simple conversion pal to ntsc conversion is not enough, i need a software that can detect & cut every single shot, sot i'll be able to fit them myself with prenière).
