Region-free on Samsung C550

Hi,
I just bought a Samsung C550 player (originally Region 2).
I found the hack for my player, but it doesn't work
I can change the numbers on the grid from 1 to 24, but no combo worked :\

The best is that i didn't write down the original numbers, but i think it was 2,8,10,17,19,21,25.

I'd like to be able to read Region 1 & 2 DVD's...

Any help ?

I can change regions on my Samsung C550

1. go to matrix
Grab the remote and press:
-repeat
-fast rewind
-next chapter
-fast forward
-previous chapter
-play

2. Write down which numbers highlighted and which are not
Numbers 1, 2, 3 representing region code
so by changing them you can change your region

use this table:

123
001 first region
010 second region
011 third region
100 fourth region
101 fifth region
110 sixth region
111 seventh region

1 means that the number is highlighted and 0 means it is not highlighted
for example:
region 1 (number 3 highlighted)
region 5 (numbers 1 and 3 highlighted)

3. when you finish press Play button it will switch off your DVD.

4. power on your DVD player and you will see Reset on your screen.

I tried to set 0 region on my DVD but it didn't become region free. You can try it on yours (unhighlight all 1,2,3 numbers)
