Hi, I have Vegas Movie Studio Platinium 9 and I like it alot

I have import HDV file from my camera and Xvid and that.

    But I have some m2ts that I can't import

I guess that I need some kind of codec for AVC.

I have try with "Haali Media Splitter" and "ffshow" but I can't import the file anyway

  2. The audio won't be supported even by the vegas pro version (truehd)

You can dump the AC3 core in tsmuxer or convert it with eac3to to something like mono wavs for import

Re-wrapping should allow you to import as well

Summary : load the file into tsmuxer, highlight the audio track, checkmark "downconvert true-hd to ac3", checkmark m2ts muxing, press start muxing

Where did you get that file? I'm guessing Hauppage PVR?

Update: Forget it, I just figured it out.

can't be; bitrate is too high for Hauppage, and audio is TrueHD

    it's likely a section from blu-ray
