  1. Last night, my friend gave me a recording of an HD video he took and I tried to convert it into a lesser version of mp4 or 3gs in order to view it on my phone. I used the program called SUPER. In the past, I have had no problems with it, but for some reason, it keeps giving me an error. I've tried 3 different videos from the same video camera and I can't convert any of them. I don't know what the problem is. Is the SUPER Analysis box suppose to give me a heads up on what's wrong (i.e. highlight erroneous parts in red)? Thank you in advance for your answers!

  3. hmmm... When I run it to convert, the cmd prompt-like window just disappears.

Edit: Should I post the properties of the video?

  6. hmmm I tried xmediarecode, but the encode button is always greyed out.... Also, the video does work. I even viewed it through the xmediarecode preview tab. This is really weird huh?
