How to share a Excel spread sheet online with different users

What would be the best way to share a Excel spread sheet on-line with different users. They would need to be able to edit it and save all from different places. Is this possible. Don't want to have to email it back in forth and try to figure out who has last edited it. It get confusing this way.

It looks like the freeware Microsoft Office Live, Google Docs and Zoho Sheets can do this.
