sony dz170 region free hack

hi - i just bought a new sony Dav-dz170 and am looking for a hack to make it region free. i have not yet found a hack but i am searching frantically all around for a solution to hack it.

1. is there a way to do this and make it region free

2. is there a general solution for all sony players that can applied here?

any help will be really appreaciated. i have already checked the usual website but havent found a code yet. Please help!!!!!

99% chance that there is no hack. Many DVD players and almost all BluRay players cannot be hacked. In about 1% of the cases where people like you post begging for a hack because they can't find one online, someone will actually post a hack that works that isn't commonly known. The odds are highly against you though.

2. is there a general solution for all sony players that can applied here?

Sony and Samsung players of all types are the most difficult in the world to unlock at this time and the odds are that you will never be able to unlock this player. If you bought this player in the USA or Canada, I would say that you have maybe a 1 in 1000 chance of getting a hack that works instead of a 1 in 100 chance as I said above. DVD and BluRay players sold in North America are notorious for not being able to be unlocked.
