    Hi guys... I have HTC HD2 and I want to convert some movies and transfer them to my mobile... I want the converted movie to have small size and very good quality... Pls tell me one program that I can make all this and if you can pls tell me the setting to make this... Oh and also movies have subtitles so this program must make hardsub too...

    I try avidemux and total video converter but I had problem... Avidemux show me green screen and total video converter make it big size and bad quality :S

    try xmedia recode. it has a preset for the hd2.
