Embedding Subtitles Only for particular Frames

Hello to all,
I want to know if there is any method or software that will embed subtitles to only particular frames.if there is plz explain it to me. coz i have been re encoding the entire movies for hard coding subs just for particular frames. re encoding takes up a lot of time. so it will be really nice if someone helped me!.

I don't think you will find such a software. The closest would be to cut out sections and hard code and then put together....but it will probably take even longer time.
