how do i use dvd-it? from the dvd to dvd-r guide?

as per the dvd to dvd-r guide, i have done everything succesffuly up to burning the files using dvd-it.

in a folder i have the files:

burnable copy.m2v

godfather 2 disc 1_1.vob

godfather 2 disc 1_1.vob.vinf

godfather_2_disc_1_([0x80])_Audio_English_AC3(6ch)_48KHz___)_Delay_Oms.ac3

godfather_2_disc_1_([0x81])_Audio_Francais_AC3(2ch)_48KHz___)_Delay_Oms.ac3

godfather_2_disc_1_([0x82])_Audio_English_AC3(2ch)_48KHz___Directors_Comment s)_Delay_Oms.ac3

godfather_2_disc_1_([0xE0])_Video_NTSC_720x480)_1 (the mpg file)

godfather_2_disc_1_([0xE0])_Video_NTSC_720x480)_1.m2v.vinf

when i open dvd-it i have no idea waht to do from here. I have dvd-it for Sony. i think its dvd-it pe. do i need to make the menus and everything myself? i want this to be an EXACT copy of the actual DVD. same menus, buttons, and everything.
can someone please explain to me what to do from here. thank you in advance.

if you want to keep the menus i would suggest reading the ifoedit guides ... you would need to create the menus yourself with dvdit
