    I have a .mkv file with AVC video, LPCM audio in English and DTS/AC3 audio in other languages. I want to convert it to Blu-ray disk format. When I load the file in tsMuxeR, I get a popup message saying "some tracks not recognized...". Video and DTS/AC3 audio tracks load just fine but the LPCM audio track doesn't.

    What is the problem? Is there any other software which can be used to demux the streams?

    mkvextract or eac3to to demux

    LPCM is compatible with blu-ray , you can try multiavchd and see if it will accept it
