MTS File Make DVD Video

Hi,

can you please help me with this problem, I got MTS files (arround 30 file) I want to make DVD of them, using menus etc..
My Question is..

1. How do i join this file as one ?
2. How do i make a DVD of them ?

I know that if i edit them as HD Video, Then i must have a Blueray or HD Player! And i can't play it on a regular DVD player, Right ?
