    Does anyone know why www.hirescovers.net is down?

    i thought they all got rid of cd covers like cdcovers.com doesnt' have any cd covers, when the mpaa/riaa went after them years ago.

    There are plenty of other cover sites that pop up all the time.
    The ones I listed are all online, have covers available, of varying quality.

    Maybe some got C&D and folded. Or as likely, the owner just lost interest.
    And if they are hosted outside the US, the AAs can't do much even if they cared.
    After all, there are a million sites where you can download the latest movies, TV shows and music, which would seem to be more deserving of their efforts.
