    hi

    im trying to convert a dv file to .dv or .mov using mpeg streamclip but when i open source file it only recognises 23 mins of a 1.5hr file

    theres plenty of space on drives and its set to capture entire clip

    any suggestions?

    Does it play fine in video players ?

    Try open in other video editors like avidemux, virtualdub and see if it recognise the entire file, you can then save as a new avi dv and then try mpeg streamclip.

    ive opened in 3 programs and it works in all

    gonna try and save as another version and try again

    is the a file size limit that mpeg streamclip cn handle perhaps?
