  1. Hi all,
    here's and extract of a video which seems to be really damaged.
    Anyone of you can suggest a script to restore the original footage (progressive/interlaced/PAL/NTSC isn't a problem...)

  5. is halfing the height the only way to proceed? It gets quite blur...
    Any decombing filter?
    I can't figure out how they get such shit... which conversion from what to what... so strange...

  7. Themaster1 is right. The interlaced video was improperly resized. The two fields are no longer separate. Blurring them together is about all you can do.
