Once I load an MKV video file to this program I get an error message every time: "Access is denied".
I have load all programs into Popcorn that supposed to be in there. I restarted my computer. I googled for this problem and can't find answer. Anybody knows why ?

Check the preferences/options for locations of temporary files etc and make sure these locations have write permissions. Same with wherever you are saving the output to.

    Try this:

    1. Use something like C:\AudioConverter to install Pop Corn! Remove any spaces in the folder name!

    2. Download tools e install.

    3. Go to FILE > CLEAR SETUP (UNINSTALL). Don't save configs.

    4. Close AudioConverter and open (do not download anything at this time).

    5. In the tab MKVTools choose INDIVIDUAL LOCATIONS. You must click BROWSE and go to C:\AudioConverter\Tools\... and find specified files (mkvinfo, mkvextract, mkvmerge and MediaInfo.dll).

    6. Go to to Audio Tools 1 and file the specified location (C:\AudioConverter\Tools\...)to eac3To.

    7. Close and open the app. Done!

This works like a charm! Sorry about my poor english!

Haha... It's been 19 months ago... And again I have encountered the same problem using Popcorn. Started to google for this one and the link with this thread has shown up as the first.
I followed your advice Plantx, except... hm... line 1. Anyway, I couldn't do that. Then being frustrated I rollback all my computer settings to that time how they were 2 months ago. And Popcorn worked out! It had to. Cause this worked out 2 months ago when Popcorn had been already installed on my machine.
Anyway, thank you for your willing to help me out

Thank you Plantx Lately I faced the same problem again. And this time I really didn't want to move all my computer settings back in time.
So I tried your directions again, precisely this time. Yep, it really worked out like a charm.
    Thanks.
