I want to copy 3-4 DVD's onto my hard drive and back onto blank DVD's in the future.
Copy onto hard drives now, and in 2-3 months back onto black DVD's.
Anyone know the best way to do this using DVD FAB?
    Cheers

Rip them to ISOs without re-encoding and stick them in a folder until you are ready to do something with them.

Basically just change the output destination to Desktop/hard drive and rip them off there later on?

Pretty much. If you rip them to an ISO (disc image format) then they will be a single file, which is easier to manage. These can be easily burned to blanks later on with Imgburn.

If you want to watch them in the meantime, you can use VLC to play the ISO files as if they were a complete DVD. DVD Shrink can also open these file if you need to manipulate them later one before burning.
