Help needed (TBC-Enhancer manual)

Hello everyone.I'm just starting a small video conversion-restoration business and this forum has been REALLY helpful.
During my endeavors in finding the best possible hardware (for my budget...)

[Currently consisting of JVC HM-DR10000EU (D-VHS) , Panasonic NV-FS200EG (S-VHS) , SONY EV-C2000E (8,Hi8 Rec.) ,
SONY DSR-25 (DVCAM) , JVC DR-M100S (DVD Rec.)]

I stumbled upon this great little machine:

TBC-Enhancer,by Electronic Design (a company long gone by now,as I've found out)

Having read LOTS of threads here on restoration,TBC,proc amps and detailers I concluded that I should
have a piece of hardware for the challenging projects I'll surely stumble upon.
So I've purchased the Enhancer in a fraction of it's original price,knowing that the previous owner
had lost the user's manual and hoping that I would be able to find it somewhere online...No luck whatsoever.
Does anyone have any idea where to find it? Or better yet,does anyone own it?
