Can u guys tell me how to convert mkv to h.264 in avi around 200MB file size.
it`s an anime episode. And i also want know the good video converter to do
this.

xmedia recode.
If the mkv already contains h264 and you don't have to shrink you can try choose copy under the video tab. No video reconversion. Choose also copy under the audio tab to avoid reconversion.
