She must not shoot much, or she only shoots JPEG. Strange.
    I have a 1TB RAID-1 dedicated just to photos.

She works full time at the local hospital and has been doing photography for many many years as a side gig for extra cash.

Anyway's, i asked her about it and she said she shoots at the highest resolution and they are in .RAW format when she does weddings and Graduation photo's.
She said after she is done with the photo's she gives the final ones to the person and if they pay extra she gives them the .raw images and if they don't she stores them on dvdr in her files and deletes them from her pc.
And yes she uses good dvdr's because i have drummed it into her head over the last 6+ years!!
    LOL!!

Her camera that she had for a few years was stolen out of her car sitting in her driveway overnight a month or two ago, it was a Canon DSLR and was 8mp, she was borrowing someone else's spare DSLR but she just picked up a new Canon EOS Rebel T2i Black 18.0 MP tonight on the way to my house after work.
When they stole her camera she only had 1 lens with it and had her other lenses in her house.

When i saw that her new camera was more than double the old one in MP, i was like, maybe we should have ordered a 1tb hdd, but i explained to her the benefit of running two or more HDD's and showed her some SSD's and she seemed serious about maybe picking up a 80gb or 120gb for a boot drive and/or another SATA drive also in a month or so when she has some more extra $$.

I ended up throwing in some extra cash to get her a bigger and better CPU cooler than the stock one for when i unlock the fourth core and a 512mb video card with VGA, DVI and HDMI outputs for a starter card, i figure it's easier to just do it from the start then having to pull it apart later to add the bigger cooler.

And newegg had this ram set for $90.99, which ended up being $85.99

I'm thinking about ordering a set for my pc also.

And i had two discount promo codes from an e-mail i got from newegg, $5.00 off the ram set, and $10.00 off a case, or shipping when you bought the case i was already planning on buying, so that came as a lucky surprise.

    P.S.
I like this idiot's review of the ram,
    Pros: Solid, does the job.
Cons: As I was pulling a clamp out of my case, I sliced my thumb clean open on this ram. It hurts, just be careful when dealing with it.
Other Thoughts: Only appears to be 3.25 GB in Windows.
And he put his Tech Level at a full 5.....
    LOL!!!
