I already have ffmpeg installed. It can input wmv and output it as another format. The problem is that the quality isn't so good. This could be my fault for not using the correct options. Which is why I am interested in ffmpegX, where having a GUI will make it easier to try different parameters, without having to continuously scroll through the man pages.
