In TSCV, if I am making a SVCD and I open a MPEG-1 format file, TSCV does not prompt me that the file is INCOMPATIBLE or not.
I also tried making a VCD and putting a MPEG-2 file and it just made the cue/bin file normally without any warnings or errors...
I believe that TSCV must be able to tell for file incompatibilities but how???? Does anyone know.

I don't think it checks until it trys to make the bin/cue file. At least I think I've had that happen before.
