How do I know if spy software is installed on my computer?
Is there a way to find out if someone has installed this mac spy software onto my computer? I am not sure whether there are spyware programs that are going to detect my email or chat logs etc...... on my computer? I have heard that some spy software programs even claim that once it is installed, it is totally undetectable? Is it true?

Macs seem to have a lot less malware specifically written for them as they are in the minority as far as OSs go.
But my best defense is a decent firewall program that can block outgoing packets that may be sent to malware sites. Not sure what's available for Macs, but others here may have some ideas.
