Coulse use a hand with x264 and youtube

Hello. I'm new to video encoding and such, but I read some tutorials, downloaded some x264 profiles for meGui and had no problem untill I tried to upload a short clip today. You can see the artefacts and the video becoming weird.
When I play the clip on my pc it looks really good, it's only weird on youtube (and probably other streaming sites).

Try disabling weightp (--weightp 0 , or disable it in the GUI) , also what encoding settings did you use ?

I'm kinda new to the encoding so I don't really know what exact settings did u mean so this is a copy paste of what it says when I press the config

EDIT: Just checked. It's the same with weightp disabled.
