Vegas Pro 9.0 (64bit) won't see installed Filter/Plug-In

I'm running the 64 bit version of Sony Vegas Pro 9.0e and installed a Mike Crash noise filter, it installed itself here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Filters\, but it will not show up in the Vegas filters list. I tried installing it in other Sony Vegas directories with no success. I installed and used this filter before, but then I was running the 32 bit version. Is this an issue with the 64 bit version? Is there another folder I need to install it to make it work?

That's the 32-bit folder, for 32-bit vegas. If the plugin has a 64-bit version , it should have installed itself in the proper folder. I suspect that it's probably a 32-bit plugin, and installing it in the Vegas 64-bit folder won't work
