problem with 3gp video

hi iam new to this forum...i happy to see many of my doubts have been cleared recently i encountered a problem
i captured a video using black berry storm 2 ..it says video out put 3gp
wen in the mobile the clarity looks gud ..wen made to using it youtube..the clarity looks very bad
i tried to convert the video to wmv format but no use still the quality remains same

sorry the quality is really bad..plz reply i want this video to be posted for a competition running out of time

Can you also post the 3gp clip? And post the details from the 3gp like video resolution, bitrate, etc. Identify using mediainfo.

I guess you just uploaded the 3gp directly to youtube?
