I have some anime i wanna burn onto a DVD+R but some of them are differnet formats (MP4,MKV and Avi). Do i just use imageburn or do i need to do something before. Since i know that Avi files will not be converted to video in image burn.
I have nero8 but it seems that it doesnt accept MKV's. I just wanna burn anime and watch it on my dvd player

If your dvd player doesn't support mp4 and mkv you must convert to dvd-video, with for example dvd flick or convertxtodvd.
Or if your dvd player supports avi divx/xvid files you could convert all other video files to avi divx/xvid with for example xmedia recode and then burn all avi files with imgburn. You can fit more minutes/dvd with good quality if you choose avi instead of dvd-video. -
Only video playing programs on the computer will handle all the different codecs you are loading onto disc. A few newer DVD players will handle Divx/Xvid and MPEG-4. but it is not all that common. You will most likely need a DVD-compliant disc, which requires conversion.
So, follow Baldrick's advice. -
