Do you wish to shoot at high speed and play back at normal speed? Or do you wish to shoot at normal speed and play back at high speed? Or do you wish (for some odd reason) to both shoot and play back at 120 FPS?

If you want help, you need to give us a clue about your goals.

Not possible. 120fps cams alone cost more than that.

You still need to be MUCH MORE CLEAR in your request/description.

  10. Do you mean HD high quality , or postage sized bad quality?

For example , Red One (body only) is about $18K , but more like $60-70K when you add in accessories required for shooting

    For low quality , but consumer priced , you might check out Casio EX-F1 (<$1K) , it can shoot : 512 × 384 (300 fps), 432 × 192 (600 fps), 336 × 96 (1200 fps)

What????!!!! I'm beginning to think you're confused. Are you trying to match a movie's frame rate to a monitor's refresh rate?

No commercial movie is shot at such a high frame rate, nor is any DVD or BR disc designed to play back at 120fps.

Or did I miss something? Do you want to shoot your own movies (your opening question included camera), or simply play back movies that have been already made?

You're about as clear as mud on this issue.
