From the title, anyone know of a good program to crop MP4 files without re-encoding them.
I may know one and just not realize it, or remember it.

	Might be possible since MPEG uses Blocks and Slices. But so far, no apps have been made that would support cropping on Slice boundaries, while maintaining the rest of the DCT info.
