whenever i make a VCD it will not play in my Phillips 701 DVD player. i put them in the right format and conversions. i put the disk in and it says vcd but then spits it back out.
any help would be great!!!!!!!!

I have a Philips 701 and it only works with some vcd's. I encode with TMPGenc 12h (NTSC) and burn with Apaptec EZ CD Creator. Using my current set-up, the Philips hasn't been spitting them out. What software are you using?

i used to have a philips 701 and mine would play vcds fine......without audio...at all.
