You have to start with good media. I recommend Verbatim brand double layer disks. If your burner is fairly new (within the last three or four years or so) you can use either the Verbatim 8x or 2.4x-6x varieties. If your burner is slightly older, use the slower speed disks.

The next step is to use ImgBurn for burning dvd-video to a double layer disk. It will set the layer break correctly for you. ImgBurn is free to download and use. Here is a guide for burning dvd video files to a double layer disk with ImgBurn: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=1780

I normally burn DL media at 4x.

    Use ImgBurn.

2nd, how did you copy them to your HDD ?

Did you use something current to deal with recent copy protections ?

^Yes. I know. I still recommend Verbatim DL media for this. And if the original poster is using a very old burner I still recommend using the slower speed disks. MKM001 mid code. If angles was in the US, he could also try Falcon brand, but I'm not sure they are available in the Netherlands.

If the rip was done properly, there should be no problem burning with ImgBurn from file format. I would use AnyDVD to break encryption and rip to an ISO personally, but the other way works ok too.

DVDDecrypter is out of date and has not been updated since 2005. Use DVDFabDecrypter to rip to your hard drive.
