I'm trying to convert an NTSC DivX (with SUBTITLES in .SRT format) to a PAL VCD (with SUBTITLES in .SSA format)
I converted the NTSC .SRT subtitle file to a PAL .SSA file...
The subs are 100% synced, there, no problem
BUT somtimes, in some scenes, the subs are placed TOO HIGH in the video...
To clarify my problem, I uploaded a small (200KB - DivX 3 SBC) clip where the problem is clearly visible...:

Help me pls...It's very urgent..
BIG thanks in advance
Greetz,

Edit the .ssa with wordpad. Define the exact position of every subtitle.
