Where to buy in "used" condition SignVideo products?

I tried to search ebay, US, GB and DE, but it didn't give me any results. There were no used SignVideo Proc Amps nor Image Enhancers on sale. I live in Europe, Estonia and i was wondering if anyone could give further information where I could possibly get previously mentioned products in "used" condition.
Moreover, I have a question considering SignVideo "Color Registration Tool". Is it a wise decision to get one in addition to S.V. Proc Amp and Image Enhancer or can this work be done alone by the last two devices?

I've seen used SignVideo now and then on eBay and a few others. Not that often (and not that cheap, either), as this is good stuff, lasts forever, and few want to discard them. The other tools you mention are up to you, but software filters can sometimes make minor registration corrections and enhancements. The proc amps are essential. I've been using PA-1 for several years.
