I have just purchased a Dazzle Digital video creator 2, as many of you know, you must install a mpeg encoder/decoder card into your system to capture video. Well I have heard that you must have a dedicated IRQ to capture video with this card. I have had some experience with trying to dedicate IRQ's to my video card and well it was kind of a pain in the arse if you know what I mean. I am running win 98 SE so many crashes and safe mode experiences later I gave up on trying to dedicate IRQ's to the video card so now to my question does anyone know a good and relatively easy way to dedicate IRQ's to certain cards in the system. It would be very appreciated to get any helpful advice on dedicating IRQ's! Make the ugly Safe Mode screens stop!!!!!!
