Bdinfo v0.5.4 info not working

hi,i tried to use bdinfo v0.5.4 not working,showing error,why its happening,i didnt understand,i tried old versions too,but i couldnt use it never,also i need to use it urgently for complete my projects,by the way files are not protected or missing and damaged etc,im waiting some helps about it
