AVCHD from Canon Camcorder. Clips work fine in Premiere.
Used TSSniper to cut the clip (no re-encoding). Somehow, many cut clips no are no longer aligned at frame boundary in Premiere.
What could cause it? If it's due to TSSniper, any other software to use?
Thanks!

AVCHD and HDV formats are MPeg. Both record with half second GOPS (15 frames NTSC, 12 frames PAL). To edit tighter than a half second you need a native MPeg frame accurate editor. These editors decode the GOP to frames, allow an edit, then reconstruct the GOP.
