  1. Hello,

Currently I have a Panasonic SC-BT300, which comes along with a Blu-Ray player capable of decoding Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. To test these audio decoding capabilities and to "feel" the lossless audio first hand, I downloaded some sample files with TrueHD and/or DTS-HD MA.

Then, I used tsMuxer to create a AVCHD Disk and burned it to a DVD+R using imgburn at slow speed.

    ---###Now, The Problem###---

When I place the recorded disk, the player recognizes the disk as avchd AND the TrueHD or DTS-HD MA tack audio. However, the playback of the video and audio is very choppy. What could be the issue?

Is it simply that an avchd dvd+r does not support the lossless audio tracks or something else?

On a side note, the player plays/decodes regular DTS or Dolby Digital Plus audio just fine, along with smooth video. I posted this thread after failing to find a definitive answer after searching Google and other forums

    Thank You
