    Hi guys

    I'm a newbie here and I had a stroke so I'm using via voice to read and write the posts. please bear with me if I post it in a wrong section.
    Recently I bought Canon Legria FS306. I recorded a video using a high quality widescreen 16:9 setting, when I uploaded to youtube it was 4:3. I need help I'm doing it wrong.

    bitrate 9Mbs

    wide

    Sorry guys it's working now, I did not know, I had to add a tags in youtube (yt:stretch=16:9)

    No, it was 5:4. 720/576=1.25.

    You could also reencode it with a proper resize, one such as 1024x576 or some other roughly 1.78:1 ratio.
