    I have used streamtransport to download videos successfully. However I haven't tried to do simultaneous downloads until now. I have four 50 minute videos lined up and dowloading right now.

    Are there any limits to simultaneous downloads with streamtransport? I like the system but I was dreading downloading one at a time of a video series that I was interested in. I hadn't thought about trying to do more than one at a time until now.

    Are there any drawbacks? Would there be a possibility of dropped frames or anything like that?

    I don't really care how long the whole process takes for multiple videos. What I am interested in is a background downloader for while I am not actively surfing or gaming or netflixing (is that a real term??? netflix streaming is what I am getting at) .

    And just to calm any nerves of course I'm not using it to download netflix - it can't anyways.....

    So is time the only constraint on streamtransport for multiple simultaneous downloads? This would really simplify my acquisition of this video series I am interested in.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Actually I just tested it and it holds at 4 and won't start downloading the 5th video. The version I'm using is:

    1.0.2.2041

    I won't get all disappointed about not being able to do 5 at a time but was there a version that did 5 and is it still available?

    @aedipuss - thanks thats ok.

    I am not sure but it has a little clock icon next to the fifth video. I wonder if that means it will hold in a queue and start it once a download slot opens up.

    Interesting. If that is the case I could leave the computer on all night and just load up the download list and have it run on its own.....

    EDIT - I believe that might be the case. I went to try to add another clip to download and another clock icon appeared next to it. Assuming I'm right that means I can just load as many as I want and it will run forever..... SWEET if true
