    What is the best video cd dvd burner and copier cd dvd.I am using nero but iam facing problems by it

    ImageBurn.

    However, I would guess that your problems with Nero have nothing to do with burning, that program has multiple other functions which are usually what people have problems with.

    it's ImgBurn.

    not sure if ImgBurn can burn VCD or not, but definitely good choice for burning DVDs.
    you can copy CD/DVD --> ISO and ISO --BURN--> Blank Media.
    furhtermore, ImgBurn also verifies the contents after burning if verify [v] is checked.

    ImgBurn is a burning tool, it will copy any disc as long as it is not copy protected, regardless of what is on the disc.
