Hi, I have a problem and am hoping this is the right place for it.
I bought a copy of Code Monkeys Season 1 on DVD, and there are issues with some of the episodes. It's a set of 2 DVD's containing all episodes from the first season. The first episode that plays on each disc looks perfect, but the episodes after them look weird. I'm not sure how to explain it, other than there is noise and it moves around (typically around the drawn lines, not blank areas). I've uploaded a picture that would hopefully help visualize it.
Could this possibly be the discs, or did the DVD manufacturers screw up?
Either way, is there some setting during the encoding process (ripping the DVD) that would fix it? It's obviously not interlacing, but I tried ripping an episode and using de-interlacing anyway (which didn't work).
Thanks

Exactly, I looked up the dot crawl one, and it looks exactly like that, sort of like a bad rgb cable or something, but I've watched it on both the computer and ps3, so it's definitely not a cable problem or anything.

It was probably transferred/encoded that way, from composite connections.
