If you have seen GameDexterity's videos then he does a lot of panning, zooming in/out, etc. on his desktop.

Am curious as to how one does this panning, zooming in/out. I like to create tutorials myself, desktop/screen capturing and video editing, with zooming in/out and panning.

What software can do this?
