  1. hello I bought a shuttle intensity but I can not install it ... when i connect the intensity shuttle to the PC via USB 3.0 tells me that the drivers are missing and can not find ... help me please ...

    check to see if it uses the nec usb 3 chip.

    back up a minute. are you trying to use onboard usb 3 or an add-in usb 3 card?

    make sure your card is in one of the allowed type of pci slot. and did you follow this guide?

    you ran the installer software off the cd and did any updates? used the usb 3 cable?

    the only thing i can think of to try would be to re-run the installer, but right click on it from the cd and choose run as administrator. for win7 it sometimes helps.

    it may be time to contact intensity support. not much more anyone else can do for you.

  10. Mine does this also but still seems to function. I simply cancel the pop-up and continue with capturing. Good luck.
