How to batch converting from winamp playlist the maximum of formats to m2ts

Hi. I´ve searched the forum but didn´t find the solution. I just wanted you to give me some help. I needed to transcode the maximum of file types in a winamp playlist or other format like .pls, to m2ts files to be able to play in a Sony Blu-ray player. I wanted to do this using Mezzmo, a great DLNA Server. It streams very well but i didn´t want transcode in the fly. I want to pre-transcode all the videos i have and then i can watch them more nicely and fluid. I have also an EVA2000. I wanted to transcode also for that device, the same files but to another format, i think mpeg is the mpeg2 is the most compatible. Do you know any free software that can do this?

I tried with Super, that is a very nice program but sometimes gives error in some files and i can´t convert all files. Any tips?
